Three photograph albums containing architectural records and photographs of engineering processes, offices and staff at Dresser (previously Security Rock Bits Ltd).

Includes images of the original building used by Sir Joseph Whitworth in Openshaw built in 1880 and demolished in 1973. Other photographs show the manufacturing process involved in making rock drill bits used by the oil and gas industry and group shots of employees of the company during the 1970s.
