Collection of technical drawings by George and Frank Fielden, along with examples of drawings submitted for exams. The collection provides evidence of the training undertaken by apprentice draughtsmen in the mid-twentieth century. The other drawings are examples of the type of tandem engine used in a mill. The examination certificates awarded to George Fielden by the Privy Council of Education, Department of Science and Art, for academic years 1894 and 1895 includes information on the numbers of students who passed and failed the examinations for those particular years.
