Collection of engineering drawings, certificates and paper models relating to draughtsmen engineers' training. The material includes engineering drawings undertaken by George and Frank Fielden as students, examples of drawings submitted for exams, certificates awarded to students, and examples of the 2D paper models of valves used by George Ernest Fielden in his training.

The examination certificates awarded to George Fielden by the Privy Council of Education, Department of Science and Art, for academic years 1894 and 1895, include information on the numbers of students who passed and failed the examinations for those particular years.
