Letter from Peter MacEwan to Professor James Dewar

MacEwan encloses a card signed by John Dalton [MS/1321] which appears to have been used during the meeting of the British Association at Manchester. The 'attached atomic symbols' [MS/1320] seem to be a lithograph such as reproduced by Sir Henry Roscoe in his book on Dalton. These are a gift from S W Woolley, a friend who requests Dewar's autograph.
