System of Arrangement:: The cuttings were pasted into bound volumes in scrapbook form; there are 125 of these volumes (numbered 1–120, with 10a, 66a, 69a, 74a and 84a). Arrangement is roughly chronological, but a few items do appear out of chronological sequence, so it may be necessary to search adjacent volumes to make sure of complete coverage of particular dates.
