The extract from the Honourable [Ordnance] Board's letter of 26th Jan suggests that a steam engine is needed in the foundry. The extract from the letter of the Master and Assistants Founders dated 28 Jan urges more detailed consideration of the practicalities of installing a steam engine in view of the general satisfaction with the performance of the horses.
