Papers relating to the financial problems of the company Engineering Limited

As owners/publishers of the periodical 'Engineering', the company ran into financial difficulties in the late 1960s. The name 'Engineering' and the Bedford Street premises were sold. Particularly interested in events were members of the Maw and Hollingsworth families, descendants of the company's earliest directors. These papers consist largely of balance sheets, minutes of meetings and correspondence with directors and solicitors.
