Letter from Lewis Wright to John Barton

Made:
1881-04-05
maker:
Wright, Lewis

Mentions the possibilities for sales of his turnings, 'whether a few at a high price would not be better than more at a cheaper rate'; the 'sale of plain flat rulings on glass and metal'; the death of F. A. Nobert; buttons on nickeled in preference to gilt surfaces, etc. He encloses three harmonic diagrams (present), sent by Mr. T.; he (Barton) may wish to send them to Melbourne (a reference, presumably, to the International Exhibition).
