Book I (Particulars) contains details of ships, boilers, engines and auxiliary machinery; sketches of engines, machinery and boilers; capacity plans; weights of machinery; costs of ships and machinery; engine room complements. Books II and III (Performance) contain trial sheets and estimated or trial curves of performance; curves of performance on service and voyage sheets; a table of minor consumptions; cost of running; speed and power indices; tables of efficiencies.

Book I contains an index to all three books; Book II contains a detailed index to 'Cunard Work' from October 1919 to Dec 1922
