Collection of monochrome photographs of the White Star liner 'Suevic' in Southampton Dock

Depict stern of the ship. She had run aground off the Lizard on 17 Mar 1907. Cut in tow, the stern section was towed to Southampton and a new, Belfast-built bow section fitted from late Oct. She sailed again in Jan 1908, eventually to be scuttled in Apr 1942 during WWII.
