This is believed to have been manufactured by RCA. Some assembly code can be read from line 353 onwards. Hyphenation tables appear to be Afrikaans, as referred to in 'An Approach to the Automatic of Syllabification German', a paper by M.D. Martin and E.J. O'Brien (MS/2187/13).
