James Hamilton Hancock spent 20 years compiling his notes on the history of his family. His sons Ron and Ken Hancock subsequently added to his work using modern search facilities on the internet and printed the resulting work. Also included are family trees for the Hancock, Hailton, Ferguson and Moir families.
