Sleeve design by Peter Saville featuring a reproduction of the painting "A Basket of Roses" by French artist Henri Fantin-Latour as the cover image. The design uses a colour based code to present information about the album title and Factory catalogue number. The code on the front of the outer sleeve reads FACT 75, and the code on the inner sleeve reads New Order Power Corruption and Lies. The decoding wheel is printed on the back of the outer sleeve.
