Ceramic pendant in metal mount, depicts 2 saints on 1 side, worn by a Russian soldier during First World War

The pendant shows two unknown saints. It was believed that saints could protect and intercede on a person’s behalf. It would have been worn on a chain or a piece of leather. This pendant was worn by a Russian soldier during the First World War, probably as a lucky charm.
