Box of Suvarna Vasant Malini, an Ayurvedic medicine, bought in Jaipur, 1981, with paper prescription invoice

The mineral ‘Suvarna Vasant Malini’ is used within Ayurvedic Medicine to cure impotence. The accompanying prescription reveals the remedy was bought in the Indian city of Jaipur in 1981 from an Ayurvedic pharmacy. Ayurveda is a medical tradition. Its history reaches back over 2000 years. Its roots are in the Indian subcontinent.
