Regnault's glass measuring cylinder
Regnault measuring cylinder, manufactured by Warmbrunn, Quilitz & Co., Berlin, graduated to 100 cc.
The measuring cylinder, for measuring varying amounts of liquids, is graduated to 100 cc. The specific gravity bottle has just one accurate marking of 1000 grains. When the liquid inside is weighed, its density can be calculated. The bottle was developed by Henri Victor Regnault (1810-1878), a French chemist and physicist.
