Extra thick handles on these cutlery items provide easy grip. They were designed for people with arthritis or rheumatism. These diseases cause deformities in the joints which can make gripping things difficult. Many everyday objects have been adapted to help. The cutlery set was made by Homecraft Supplies Limited.
