Electrotherapy couch, used by patients undergoing auto-conduction therapy for nervous or metabolic conditions; has two metal handles (with signs of use) on chair arms, and metal plate beneath upper cushion; handles and plate would have been attached to high-frequency D'Arsonval apparatus; supplied by the Medical Supply Association to Dr. Alexander Bruce, 1904
