It was made by the German manufacturer F. Hellige and Co, c.1930.
Klett Colorimeters were specifically designed for clinical laboratory work, used to determine the concentration of hemoglobin, or other substances, in blood. It is named after its inventor, Robert E. Klett, who established the Klett Manufacturing Co. in 1916.
