

Portion of cow's horn, inscribed "G.C. Jenner.1825"
This horn belonged to chest physician Dr. Arthur Templar Davies. It is said to be from the cow which Edward Jenner obtained lymph used in some of his early vaccinations. The inscription appears to be in the hand of George C. Jenner, Edward Jenner's nephew.
