Nickel-plated Mond Memorial Medal in case, produced in memory of Ludwig Mond by his family, 1909. 118mm diameter, in black case 17x17x3cm with inner photographic hinged mount 16x16cm. Obverse, left-facing, head and shoulders relief portrait of Mond; legend, Dr. Ludwig. Mond. F.R.S. Anno. MDCCCCVIII [1908]. signed at base, El. Lanteri sc. 1909. Reverse: legend, Born Cassel 7th March MDCCCXXXIX [1839] - list of key dates and honours - 7th March MCMIX [1909] .
