Bottle of "Stresscaps" multi-vitamin capsules, in original carton, by Lederle Laboratories Division, English, 1960-1975

‘Stresscaps’ multi-vitamin capsules were marketed as a treatment for vitamin deficiencies. They contained high doses of B vitamins. These support the nervous system. They were thought to promote emotional stability. Adults took one capsule daily for optimum health benefits. The capsules were made by Lederle Laboratories, the pharmaceutical division of American Cyanamid.
