Aspheric lens used for slide projectors. Made by moulding glass rod in highly polished tools to give a fine polished aspheric surface on one side of the lens. Manufaced by Chance-Pilkington, St. Asaph,Clwyd, Wales, 1980.The flat surface is ground and polished.
