The Kodak Museum Collection comprising approximately 10,000 items of photographic and cine equipment and 50,000 images of various formats, c1820 to present. Assembled 1927 to date.

175x230mm red Morocco leather case (only bottom remains) embossed with leaf and scroll design. Gold leaf pattern around edges. Once lined with plain red plush. Ornate oval gilt mat and patterned pinchbeck frame. 130x190mm daguerreotype three quarter length portrait of young mother and child seated with father. Lady wearing large cameo brooch.

80x95mm Red Morocco leather hanging case with single ring. Lined with red plush. Rectangular gilt mat with rounded top. Patterned pinchbeck frame. 56x70mm three quarter portrait of young girl seated, three quarter face. Girl holding large straw hat in lap.

Collodion Positive in Morocco Hanging Case

95x120mm red Morocco leather case with embossing on front, two latches. Lined with plain red plush (now much faded). Gold leaf around edges. Rectangular gilt mat with leaf design. Patterned pinchbeck frame. 67x93mm elderly gentleman, almost full length, seated with arm resting on table. Three quarter face. Background tinted dark blue. Table cloth pale green. Face and hands pink. Gilt on tiepin and ring. Lacquer back.

Collodion Positive in Red Morocco Embossed Case

83x94mm dark brown union case by S. Peck and Company (Trade paper in back). Both sides have strawberry and grape design in middle with daisy and rose pattern around edges. Lined with purple plush with framed motif. Rectangular gilt mat oval with fluted edges by Scovill Manufacturing Company. Patterned pinchbeck frame. 62x65mm Albumen print of elderly lady paper in back says 'Alicia Campbell sister of Colin Campbell, Lord Clyde'. Print in its own frame (probably not original to Union Case). Face and hands tinted. Print's frame is brown with gold edging.

95x120mm red Morocco leather case with two latches. Lined with plain red plush. Rectangular mat with rounded top corners. 65x90mm daguerreotype half length portrait of elderly gentleman. Fully tinted. Tarnished around edges.
