Nameplate, London Midland & Scottish Railway, "British Legion" ("Badge" nameplate). (Note: this plate was cast up at very short notice by Firmins, the Birmingham button manufacturers, for the LMS when the experimental high-pressure 4-6-0 locomotive No. 6399 'Fury' was rebuilt as 'Royal Scot' class No. 6170 (BR 46170) and re-named.)
