The text of this sign reads:

The London & North Eastern, and London Midland & Scottish Railway Companies hereby give warning to all persons not to trespass upon any of the Railways, Stations, Works Lands or Property belonging to or worked by the two Companies. Trespassers are liable to a fine or imprisonment for every offence. By Order.
