Cast iron sign, South Eastern & Chatham Railway, Warning. Trespassing. 1901. C. Sheath.
The full text of this sign reads:
"The public are hereby cautioned not to trespass upon the railway. Any person so offending will be proceeded against, and will, on conviction, be liable under the South Eastern & London, Chatham & Dover Railways Act 1901, to a penalty not exceeding 40/-. C Sheath, Secretary. London Bridge Station. S.E."
