Telegraph block instrument; GWR; Spagnoletti sending and receiving (special) type. 2-vane absolute 3-position/2-indication Down/Up Line receiving/sending. Circular bakelite-commutator directly above of which is a rectangular brass "Treadle Cleared" indow and a circular brass "Tol/Normal/Lc" window. To LHS/RHS respectively, are brass peg/chain mechanisms for "Receive Release/Normal" and "Send Release/Normal", each with its counting-window. Ex Severn Tunnel.
