Telegraph block instrument; GWR; Spagnoletti sending and receiving "special" type. 2-vane absolute 3-position/2-indication Up/Down Line receiving/sending. Circular bakelite commutator, directly above of which is a rectangular brass "Treadle Cleared" window and a circular brass "Tol/Normal/Lc" window. To LHS is a brass peg/chain (missing chain) mechanism for "Receive Release/Normal", and its counting-window. Ivorine-plated "Carmarthen Station Box".
