Telegraph block instrument; Great Northern Railway (GNR). Pegging absolute 1-needle (GCR) 3-position/3-indication. Traffolyte-plated "Up Main". Has a wood-handle and catch-handle and spike commutator. GNR ivorine plate is inscribed "From Hexthorpe Junction". LNER modified with Back-Box.
