Telegraph block instrument; GNR. Sykes 2-needle (Up/Down Line) 3-position absolute pegging/non-pegging instrument (with internal bell). Ivorine-plated "TO PALMERS GREEN/PALMERS GREEN" with circular brass commutator (minus its central bell-plunger), rectangular electroplated/brass "Sykes" maker's plate, and semi-circular ivorine line-description plate.
