Barrow, North Eastern Railway, 2 wheeled wooden parcels barrow, boarded body with long metal bracket, marked 'York Passr', 'NER 4109 1-1-2-', ex York Station.

A variety of different size trolleys and barrows were needed to transport passenger luggage or goods safely around the station. As the railways could be asked to carry virtually anything, this wheeled transport needed to be robust and versatile to ensure the goods remained undamaged while moving around the station.
