Headlamp, Great Northern Railway, locomotive headlamp from Great Northern Railway locomotive No. 1, Stirling Single, cube body with bullseye on front and blade slot on rear, reduced size box on top of main body leading into a drum shaped top with domed cap, brass plate on top of front drum embossed "GNR", main frame painted black, colour aspect glass mounted in outside plain face of lamp, this drops into a slot behind the lens, very shallow large rectangular slide-in reservoir with rear reflector.
