Model ship, Twin-Screw Steamship `Scotia', London & North Western Railway/London Midland & Scottish Railway, Holyhead section, prototype built by Wm Denny & Bros, Dumbarton, 1921, sunk June 1940 after being bombed by German aircraft during the Dunkirk evacuations. Scotia was one of 4 fast steamers built by the London & North Western Railway in 1921 in an attempt to win the Holyhead Mail contract. Reputed to have formerly been on display in Wolverhampton railway station. In glass case on stand.
