Foot stool, North Eastern Railway - Pinchingthorpe Station

Foot Stool, North Eastern Railway, Small wooden stool, painted black with hand-hole in top inscription inside reads:- "This stool was kept at Pinchingthorpe Station for the use of Edward Pease, the father of the railways, in getting into the train when as a very old man he used to visit Ayton School". Dimensions: 20" x 10" x 12".
