Painting, gouache on board, Wye Valley, by Gregory Brown, about 1938. Depicts a view looking down onto the valley of the River Wye, with haystacks and trees in the foreground, and hills in the distance. On the hill at right is a ruined castle. Text below reads "Wye Valley, Monthly return tickets issued all the year round". At either side are the LMS and GWR roundel logos. Original artwork for Great Western Railway and London Midland & Scottish Railway poster.
