One is a general view, showing the town, its amenities and the Highland Hotel with hills in the background. Below are two smaller images of the Pump Room, one an exterior view, the other an interior scene showing it crowded with fashionable visitors. Text overprinted on the top image reads "For rest and recuperation, strongest sulphur waters in Europe, splendidly equipped baths". Text below gives details of railway services and local facililties.
