Coloured lithograph with an abstract representation of a boat train travelling between London and Paris. The English coast is bounded by the S of Southern, France by the R of Railway. A steam train runs on a railway line between the two cities, passing through a train ferry in the Channel. Below are the intertwined letters WL (for Wagons Lits), SR for Southern Railway and the word Nord for Chemin de fer du Nord. Text below gives booking details. Text in bottom margin reads "Southern Railway Advertising, AD 4106 2000/1937, Printed in England by the Baynard Press, London, S.W.9." Format: double royal.
