The boy has been identified as Ronald Witt and the fireman as William Woof. Text on the bottom margin of this poster reads "Southern Railway Advertising. Ad 3251. 10,000/1936. Printed in England by Johnson, Riddle & Co. Ltd., London, SE1". Format, double royal, backed. An English version of this poster with the text "I'm Taking and Early Holiday cos I know Summer Comes Soonest in the South" is 1975-8404.
