Poster, British Railways (North Eastern Region), Richmond by Wesson, 1962. Text 'Richmond Yorkshire, an excellent market town with a fine 12th century castle standing high up on a rock above the River Swale. Richmond is the ideal centre for exploring Swaledale and is reached by modern diesel trains from the East Coast mainline in Darlington. The illustration depicts the river with the castle towering above it.
