Poster, London & North Eastern Railway, Scarborough by Frank Newbould, 1930. Coloured lithograph in bold forms and simple colours depicting a couple in a speedboat, named 'The Queen' splashing through the sea off Scarborough, with the town, beach and castle in the background. Based on a 1924 design, but with the addition of a seagull at left. Accompanying text reads "1930 Booklet free from Town Hall or any L.N.E.R. Agency". Large poster in two parts backed on to single sheet of linen.
