Poster, Chemins de Fer de l'Ouest and London Brighton & South Coast Railway, Paris a Londres, by Maurice Toussaint, 1907. Coloured lithograph depicting three Scottish soldiers playing bagpipes in a Westminster street, watched by a small crowd and a policeman. In the background are the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Inset at bottom left are details of train and ferry services between the Gare St Lazare in Paris and London, via Rouen, Dieppe and Newhaven. The prices are given in French francs. At bottom right are the words "Maurice Toussaint, Londres, 1907, Atelier 7, Avenue de la grande armee" and the printer's details, "Cornille Imprimeur". Format double royal.
