Poster, British Railways (Southern Region), 'Christmas Greetings', 1960. Coloured lithograph of a cartoon depicting Santa Claus and two reindeer riding on a steam locomotive through pine trees. The engine carries a "Southern" totem and stars float from its chimney. Accompanying text reads "For excursion and day return tickets from December 25 - 27 ask at stations and travel agents". Text at bottom left margin reads "Published by Southern Region of British Railways AD8719/B550/211160". At bottom left of the illustration is the number "173" written in ink.
