Steel seal die, Mersey Railway / Merey Pneumatic Railway

Seal die, steel, Mersey Railway, design taken from the crest of Liverpool (similar to the arms of Liverpool but the liver bird wings are spread), incorporated 1868, on the reverse of the seal is the Mersey Pneumatic Railway, incorporated 1866.
