Wolseley 7.5 H.P. motor car, 1902-3. This car is a good example of an early car of British design owing little to Continental influence. It has a twin-cylinder horzontal engine, transmitting power through a cone friction clutch and Renold's chain to a shaft on the change-speed gearbox, and side chains transmit the power from a countershaft on the gearbox to the rear wheels.
