Cosmos crystal receiver, made by the Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Company, Trafford, Manchester, England, 1920-1930. Complete with two plug-in tuning inductances.

This popular commercially produced radio set was designed to be hung on a wall, with headphones hung over the tuning knob.
