“I cannot imagine sitting on this bench for any length of time waiting for my train – especially if one was cancelled and I had to wait even longer! As someone with a mobility disability and a chronic back condition, it would be extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sit on – look at all that hard wood digging in. I’d rather sit on the floor, to be honest.”
