Dry, demonstration, prepayment gas meter (coin box missing) made by J H Robinson & Co (L'pool) Ltd in 1952, capacity 100 cu ft/hr, constructed of grey painted, tin-plated steel, front and top panels replaced by glazing to reveal mechanism. Meter accepted 6d and 1/- coins.
