In the foreground are groups of people on foot and in carriages heading to and from the station. There are also riders on horseback, a flock of sheep and a wagon. To the right of the station is a grass bank with small trees. Title below with additional text reading "From nature & on stone by J.C. Bourne" and "Printed by C. F. Cheffins".
