'Resolution', 1966, by Paul Bowyers, England, 1981. The actual H.M.S. 'Resolution' was made by Vickers-Armstrong Ltd., Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England, 1966. H.M.S. 'Resolution' was the lead boat of a class of four: each built to carry 16 'Polaris' missiles. They were fitted with pressurised water reactors by Rolls Royce and turbines, by English Electric.
